Northshore Focus at the Capitol

Northshore Focus is a collaborative effort representing the I-12 corridor with the Tangipahoa Chamber, Livingston Chamber, St. Tammany Chamber, and Washington Chamber of Commerce as lead partners. Held in the Capitol Rotunda on June 10 (11:00 am to 2:00 pm), representatives from all four chambers of commerce and our business community have an opportunity to network with our legislative delegations, statewide and local elected officials and business leaders. With nearly 15,000 businesses and a combined population of over 600,000, Northshore Focus is dedicated to fostering economic growth and enhancing regional connectivity.

Directions & Parking:

From I-10 (East or West), take I-110 North (MLK Expressway).

• Exit at Capitol Access Rd./DOTD (Exit 1-E)

• Follow the road past the Department of Transportation & Development and the Governor’s Mansion

• Cross the bridge over Capitol Lake

• Bear left onto North 3rd Street, then left again on Spanish Town Road for nearby parking

Alternate Route: From I-110 North, take the North St. exit, turn right on Third Street, and continue to the Capitol.

Parking Suggestions:

• River Road Levee Parking Lot (across from the Capitol Park Welcome Center)
