The Greater Hammond Chamber Young Professionals are hosting a lunch on Friday, May 10, featuring Instructor David Faucheux from Southeastern Louisiana University. The event is open to young professionals under 40 who work for the Chamber’s 650+ members.
The Chamber’s first young professionals event of the year will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Hammond. Faucheux will be speaking on the “Secrets to Real World Success” that young professionals should be aware of, touching on topics such as body language, first impressions, mindset and the attitude needed to sell yourself on job interviews and in the workplace.
“David Faucheux is not only a great teacher, but an incredible motivator,” said Young Professionals Committee Chairman Kyle Johnson, with Pelican State Credit Union. “Every time I hear him speak, I leave inspired and ready to improve. Join us on May 10, and I’m certain you will leave inspired as well!”
